Objet: Follow-up and structured feedback on Runalyze integration
Dear Team,
I wanted to follow up on my message from December and share something more concrete with you.
Since then, my setup has evolved. I now use a COROS Pace 4 for data collection, while Runalyze remains the analytical backbone of my training ecosystem. Your platform continues to provide the structural depth, transparency, and model consistency that allow serious long-term interpretation.
Over the past months, I have built a structured analytical framework combining COROS data, Runalyze modeling, and a custom decision-support layer powered by ChatGPT (which I use as a training assistant called “Gippi”). In several areas, we have also developed our own complementary algorithms to refine load interpretation, recovery assessment, and biomechanical signals.
Runalyze plays a central role in this system because it provides clean, reliable and coherent data foundations. This allows us to build responsibly on top of it rather than replacing it.
I am currently preparing for a half marathon on April 19 and a marathon scheduled for November 8. The long-term modeling and consistency provided by Runalyze are essential in structuring this progression responsibly, especially regarding load management and fatigue control.
I am attaching a recent post-run report as an example of how your metrics enable structured reflection rather than passive metric consumption.
What I value most is that Runalyze respects athletes by prioritizing understanding over gamification.
Thank you again for the integrity and depth of your work.
Kind regards,
Richard
