How long will Garmin synchronise the data?

I just sync my Garmin to Runalyze but the data was not sync up after 15mins yet. Does anyone know how long it takes to sync ya? Thanks.

I think it's the following problem: When you connected Garmin: Have you checked the "allow historical data access" during the connection? It's not toggled by default. Please reconnect and try again and try the historical import again. https://runalyze.com/tool/garmin-import

As this is completely new from Garmin there is currently no information on the history import site where we check if you have toggled the checkbox during setup.

I had no problems until this morning, but today first activity did not sync immediately (which has not happened before). After a couple of hours it did, but the next one still has not.

I checked the connection with Garmin (looked OK), toggled historical data access on (it was off), disconnected and connected the accounts again, then told Runalyze to import all activities and data. None of this helped and last activity is still not synced - so there clearly is an issue.

There is a longer delay today importing new activities. Give it some more time today. When you force to import the full history after your full import you will just add another bunch to the already "longer" queue.
