Ant69 Despite the elevation is aways visible in Samsung health sometimes it appears like zero in the R-ze workout description (e.g today's run) But I see the elevation picture at the chart. I use Samsung health --> Health sync --> Runalyze. Elevation is set up to be calculated by Runalyze - not taken from file

mipapo It simply correct based on the elevation smoothing (It's set to 9m) in your account (https://runalyze.com/settings). See the elevation info window you can open on that activity
Ant69 I changed settings to prefer elevation data from file and removed smoothing. nothing changed. what else is weired that the same rote sometimes has elevation approximately 45 m - sometimes this fiels is empty. Hardly it is a result of 9m elevation smiithing
mipapo You need to recalculate the activity. We don't do this automatically as it could be unwanted for users. In the menu on each activity you can trigger a recalculation On the given activity the original file does not contain original ascent/descent data in the summary
Ant69 I did it but the result is insane - 100m- Samsung health file shows 50m only if choosing smoothing - 3m the result is adequate. Even at 2 or 4m - it is freaky. I do not fully understand how it works. what is even more strange that I haven't changed the elevation settings for years but the empty elevation field appeared at the first time 3 weeks ago. previosly everything was ok . Anyway - with 3m smoothing it looks more or less ok - looks like the issue fixed for now. Thank you.
