I changed the marathon shape to 15k and it now tells me, "Your current effective VO2max is 31,73 which equals 15 km in 1:33:49. To realistically achieve this time, Runalyze expects you to complete an average weekly mileage of 20 km and a weekly long run of 22 km."
22km long run for a 15km?
Is there any way to fix this? I'd like to be able to achieve my long run target every week.
