Try to reconnect and try the history import again
If it doesn't work then it could be the reason that chinese data have different servers at Garmin side and different regulations we are not able to fulfill these completely so we don't have access to chinese data.
You could download your Garmin activities once via https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/exportdata/
and upload that backup to Runalyze (just activities).
Automatic sync could be done with other apps like Healthfit etc.
Not sure if we are able to find a good way for chinese users and the needed infrastructure changes for them next year
