mipapo I've just upgraded to Premium to play with this. I'm still seeing

and the 'Upgrade Now' button says I'm Premium. I'm seeing (or not seeing) the same as 7omca7 when I look for the runalyze Connector.

Over the last few months I've (with Claude's help) developed a few scripts that download my Health Metrics and Activity Data nightly from Garmin. Occasionally I use 'Cowork' in Claude and ask it to scan my files, or the ones I'm interested in, and produce a summary which I then copy to a conventional Chat. It has been very interesting for analyzing bad results. I've not used MCP yet although I'm aware it exists and I'm interested in learning/knowing about it.

Yes the setting page does not remove the premium hint, when you are premium. Need to adjust that.

And I'm immediately learning things. This may be mentioned somewhere in the Help so apologies for rookie question (I'm just returning to runalyze) - but I'm guessing that changes to data in Garmin Connect are not re-synced to Runalyze? The example here is of an outlier Blood Pressure reading from 8 May that Claude noticed. This was a reading from when I gave by Garmin BPM to my wife to test, then a few days later deleted all the test BP readings from GC. But presumably they're not re-synched/deleted on Runalyze. Is this generally the case for all GC data? If so, I need to remember to delete/modify on Runalyze too.

dougienisbet Normally data gets updated from Garmin. Need to say less people having blood pressure devices from Garmin and it very rare cases it can happen that an update is missed.

Deletions are never get synced. We don't get that info from Garmin

That’s fine. Deletions are not a problem. I’ve now deleted my Outliers.

The main thing I tend to change on GC are workout names and sometimes adding notes. I can see both of these resync which is great.
