My personal route map does not show all routes through the date listed and has not updated in a long time. The "last update of data" keeps increasing but the data are not actually updating.

No, it is still missing lots of recent runs. Looks like it hasn't included new runs since at least early October

If you can say which run e.g. is missing then I might be better able to debug. Simply write an example activity id here

Thanks for the report. The issue should be fixed now. The caching layer in between cached it for a week and was reduced to only some hours now.
