You should delete all wrong entries and change your sync settings.
In theory, activity values should be recalculated automatically, but - to be honest - I'm not sure whether it's working correctly in this scenario.
There's a new search in work and it seems you can already access it (though it's not linked anywhere): https://runalyze.com/my/activities --> Select your date range --> Select all activities --> Choose 'Recalculate' from the drop down
