Uploads are not working anymore since 2 weeks

Hi,
First time that it happens since 2 years I use the app, I cannot upload any activity anymore.
I tried from Garmin, Strava, Manual import, it's always the same. No activity is showing or it says that there is a problem importing the activities.

Do you know how to solve that please?

You don't have Garmin currently connected, so I cannot verify if there is a problem.

Your Strava connection is limited to activities which cannot be synced directly via e.g. Garmin etc https://runalyze.com/connect/strava/settings) (This is a default as Strava doesn't provide original data)
I've changed the setting and the activity appears with no problem after forcing a sync.

Please connect Garmin again and use the direct sync with Garmin! Use the garmin history import tool to request the missing data.

Afterwards I would recommend to set https://runalyze.com/connect/strava/settings -> Sync only activities without direct sync possibility to "yes" again

Thank you for your quick answer.
I now see one more activity but I still have the same problem with the others.
I connected Garmin and connected Strava as you said. I tried to synchronize manually one from Strava but I receive a message saying that it has been put on hold.

Are the activties at Garmin recorded with a Garmin device? Or are they manually uploaded/from third parties like zwift?

The one visible activity has been synced manually after changing the Strava setting by me.

You're right, my last 2 weeks activities are not from Garmin directly because my watch is getting repaired.
I switched to my old watch that is an Amazfit. I transfer every activity to the .fit format to Garmin that successfully push it to Strava.
But impossible to synchronize from Strava or upload directly the .fit files to runalayze.

We are not able to get third party/manual activities from Garmin.

Then you need to change the setting "Sync only activities without direct sync possibility to "no" again. And then force the sync at https://runalyze.com/my/strava/activities

I disconnected Garmin and change the setting as you said for Strava. It works 🙂
