Hi, apologies if I should know this but I just can't figure it out.
I've had runalyse for a few years but not used much but now I'd really like to get into using it properly.
For some reason the period May 2024 to July 2025 has not imported - at either end of that there are a few activites but but not the correct amount and for the 10 months in the middle literally nothing. Please see attached pics.
I have over a couple of months tried to import the data without success from Garmin. The other day I connected strava and selected to import that time period but nothing has shown up.
If anyone has any thoughts about why this might be the case and what I can do about it I'd be very grateful.
