Hello RA. Currently in the middle of a marathon training block. So far Garmin, Training Peaks, Strava and Intervals.icu like how my training is going. Runalyze hates how my training is going. My VO2 max is sinking like a stone. I'm guessing my settings are somehow incorrect?
I'm following a plan and hitting all my paces. Haven't missed a run or a biking cross training. Yet my stocks are plummeting!
Any ideas?
