Sync Problems after changing mobile phone

Hi, after a long period without any issues I changed my phone this week from a Pixel5 to a Pixel8pro. In the first attempt I didn't change anything on runalyze.
After realising, that there was no sync of my training yesterday, I tried to renew the Suunto-connection. I renewed the authorisation. Tried to force a sync. But no result. Today I trained again, but no training got synchronized to runalyze.
Now I cut the connection and renewed it, but the trainings of this week don't appear after authorizing a download.
Do you have a clue?

Well, are you sure you've connected the Suunto App on your phone correctly again? Wrong account?
Because when you look at https://runalyze.com/my/suunto/activities you see that we see the latest activties on the 21th of July.

mipapo My Suunto-App shows also two trainings on the 21st but also yesterday and 55 min ago.

Die App hat auch die Daten "vom alten Mobiltelefon" aufs neue "umgezogen" und ldokumentiert für24. und 25.07. zwei weitere Trainings.

axelbuehler Mh that's strange. It sounds like the activity is on your phone, but not on Suuntos servers yet. The list you see at the link above is always "live" fetched from the Suunto API.

Now I realized that the old phone was connected to Suunto until this morning. I decoupled the old phone and hope to get the trainings of this week.
Just now it's not functioning as expected, but I opened an incident with Suunto as well.
