Dropbox Export - No activity syncronized yet

Hi,
I just started on a supported plan to get my data exported in excel format. My health data is syncronizing well, however none of my activities have been transferred. Folders for those activities have been created, but they remained empty.

Can you clarify what you mean with folders? Where should they get exported?

Oh you are talking about dropbox. That would have been an important information on the initial post 😉

I thought dropbox was the only way to get syncronization in excel format. Are there other ways?

Are in the other years activities available? Because at least the export says there is data at least e.g. in the folder 2020

Hi, no, I do not have any data in the 2020 folder.

Clmntbnr Well even the health data is not exported daily on the dropbox export. Just the activity data is exported when a new activity is imported.

Can you try to look into the webinterface of dropbox?

mipapo The webinterface shows syncronization files! My folders on windows explorer are still empty though.

mipapo The files on the webinterface are .fit for activities, not csv like health data. Is that normal?

Clmntbnr Once a week maybe. I can't remember it currently. I will check it next week and maybe change it to daily then

Well, I don't have any knowledge about Dropbox sync. So that's no issue for us

Clmntbnr We export the original files - when we got one - to Dropbox
