Activity no displaying

I noticed, that a treadmill workout didn't appear in Runalyze while all the other runs from the same day as well as a gym session after the workout did. The workout is correctly displayed in Suunto app as well as in Strava and intervals.icu. Things I have tried:
* force sync: says "activity queued" but the force sync activity list displays a No symbol (circle with diagonal line)
* manual upload: tried uploading json file displays an error without a message. Then trying to upload .fit displays the file on the file uploader correctly showing the time, distance etc but says that the "Acitivity does already exist". However, it is not displayed on my activities in Runalyze.

Any ideas?

Send the activity file to support@runalyze.com.
It just sounds like the two sessions were too near too each other

Thanks, I sent the file. Would it help to remove the preceding or following activities in that case?

The activity before was to near (timely manner) to the previous activity (1 minute), although the previous activity was > 2km (quite impossible)

At the moment you could use the old uploader https://runalyze.com/activity/upload to upload such activities. We have a ticket to check the duplicate detection which is .e.g for protection against misuse of Runalyze.
