Is it possible to adjust the prognosis based on actual race times? I know the data limitations are such that the app is only using my Garmin data to calculate these numbers, but the suggested numbers with actual race times are way off. For example, I've got a recent half marathon @ 1:24 and the app is saying 1:27. My November '23 marathon was 2:59 and the app is saying 3:50. I'm certainly not in identical marathon shape but my VO2 max is about the same as it was then and I'm sure it wouldn't take me an hour longer!
Is there any way to use an actual performance to obtain a more accurate prognosis?
