Giloost I have recently discovered this website, but can not figure out how i am suppose to use the date it gives me about my training. For my last run (8km) i get 100% fitness and 100% fatigue. Is there a place to read up. Many thanks Gilbert

Giloost mipapo I have 3 months worth of data from my garmen. Did training a few years back but never used any data from my watch. Started 3 months ago again and this time i have a garmin that records route and hart rate. Garmen 55.
Giloost mipapo Not at all. Trained for 12 years and did multiple 42, 50k and 12 comrades with no use of heart rate. Just used the 10% rule and rest weeks to guide my training.
mipapo So if it's just the first sessions with heart rate the numbers won't give you much insights. Weeks and months of data with heart rate is needed for almost all calculations. Simple read the linked blog post from my first response
