How to get HRV data to runalyze from Garmin

Hi,

I need help trying to get HRV data from Garmin or other apps on my android phone (google pixel 7 Pro) into runalyze automatically.

I have a Garmin vivoactive 4s watch, a Garmin HRM Dual strap that I train with. I also use Elite HRV but can use another app for HRV measurements if needed.

What would be the easiest way to record my HRV data to see how well recovered I am and then get It into runalyze automatically via an app sync?

BlaineL on your dashboard under the health there is a cog you can add you can tick your hrv to add automatically. My Garmin syncs automatically from my sleep value. If I do a hrv test it syncs too.

Oh thank you. I see that my HRV for in activities is being synced automatically. Now I just need to find a way to do HRV tests daily and sync that. My Garmin watch doesn't have that function by default. And using Elite HRV doesn't work. Will try find an app to work around that.

I tried to use a Garmin connect IQ app to track my HRV now and I see it doesn't sync to the health page on the runalyze. Is there something I need to check for this to sync automatically?

BlaineL It's an recorded activity with HRV data. We do not convert activities HRV to HRV health entries
Depending on the Garmin watch you have the options to do record individual ones
